I have started writing in the last few years but somehow avoid finishing most songs which I start. As I am not performing them professionally or frequently I tend to let them sit unfinished as I have no real need to finish them. I took part in my first FAWM this year and this is my second time taking part in 50/90, but last year I would say that I mainly observed and just happened to write a song so I uploaded it. Hopefully this year I will actually be able to get a few songs written, although I am definitely not aiming for 50!

I write instrumental guitar pieces and dabble in lyric writing, but as I don't sing I will sometimes play the melody that I envisage the lyrics having on the guitar.
