Sean sez: This was alot of fun. On Sunday afternoon I was monkeying with some song ideas and I had a chorus sketched out. I was trying the week5 Oblique Strategies challenge and my prompt was, "Is it Finished". Then Mark G. popped up on my Effbook Messenger to chat. He told be that this would have been FAWMStock weekend and was lamenting getting together with the gang. I invited him to collab on what I was working on and we got to writing verses on the same google doc.
Afterwards I added a basic BIAB bass and drums track, some electric guitar, and my vocals. Then through the magic of the Interwebs, Mark added vocals and lead guitar. This is a collab in all parts of the production: We both wrote lyrics, we both sang lead, we both played on the track.
I really like the garage-jam vibe of this even though his garage is 900km from me and my garage is 550 miles from him. Thanks, Mark.
Mark sez: Sean is very generous is sharing credit. I wrote and sang a verse, did some background vocals and noodled on guitar. He wrote and performed all the rest and did all the production work. I'm very happy how it came out. Thanks for the fun I had working with you on this, Sean.

Hey, I really enjoyed this. Definitely has some "country" flavor to it, more--to me--than garage.
Great vocals, guys. Nice work!
Nice Canassachusetts collaboration! This is definitely a relatable and timely tune! Glad to hear you East Coast FAWMStockers at it. Enjoyed the listen. Well done
Spot on pandemic tune!
Nice country swing. And the two voices lift the melody line. Would be nice if they could alternate verses throughout; do it when you work the song up? Works in the chorus. Apposite to our current situation too, but the song won't date even if the virus does.
This is a great collaboration and duet. I love that chorus, it's smart and catchy. Really nice job with the arrangement.
nice take on the oblique strategies prompt. i like how you duetted this, nice collab all round. and as has been said a nice song of the times.
Great collaboration!!! You have some really great thoughts in those lyrics. Lining up vocals remotely is indeed a challenge! (I have been learning how to do a lot of that lately as the chief video editor for online church the past several months of quarantine.)
I like the companionable feel of this duet. The words work on multiple levels. I like the twists in the chord progression.
