Last weekend I couldn't do anything. My big plans failed. Now I have to do these few last songs in a hurry.

I had some bits and pieces that I didn't finish for some reason or other. Here are some and tomorrow there's more. I just put them all into one song without thinking about how they fit together. It doesn't make much sense as a song but it's over three minutes long and it has lyrics sheet. It took me most of the day to do this.

The instrumental parts here are from music I'm doing this weekend for this student documentary video of Salka Valka ( the famous book by Halldór Laxness, really gloomy stuff ).

You can also hear my new guitar here, Fender Telecaster Player Pau Ferro Sonic Red. Yeah, that's its name.

The "Feeling Fine ( Just Like John Lennon )" section was inspired and partly co-written by @coolparadiso for which I thank him.

Lyrics:

Oh, Isabella!
give me your heart
give me your kisses too
Isabella!
we'll never part
and then we'll never feel blue

She brings me tea
and sandwichee..s
Now I'll be true
when she loves me do

I'm feeling fine
I'm feeling fine
Just like John Lennon

I'm feeling fine
I'm feeling fine
Just like John Lennon

But you say go slow
when I go away
better think it over
maybe best to stay

You can take it slow
even learn to pray
if you don't know where to go
maybe best to stay

I had a birthday party
but nobody came
( shooby-dooby, shooby-do-ay )

And now the clown and I
play the video game
( shooby-dooby, shooby-do-ay )

I gave my neighbor
a piece of cake, he said:
" I have a lactose intolerance
and cut in my tongue."

the other neighbor
said he would come
" But first I'll file my taxes and
then wax my bum. "

I had a birthday party
and nobody came
and now I'm so sad!

Oh, Isabella!
give me your heart
give me your kisses too
Isabella!
we'll never part
and then we'll never feel blue

You have the talent to rock-meddle opera all your influences with a pinch of monty python raspberry rhapsodian rant. enjoyed the tibetanesque brass in the middle and the zappa do-wopping over yonder.

Oh yeah some Beatles in there and I love it! This is like a whole lot of flavors and all of them are good! So much fun!

Come on, this one counts for at least four songs and you have passed the finish line! Bravo!
Enjoyed all different parts

Love the Beatles and have ever since they surface when I was in 8th grade. (I'm so old...) Great Beatle-esque instrumentation. Are you using Fab Four virtual instruments for that, or coming up with instruments and settings with what you have? Great job!!

I feel like I've been transported back to my "Lonely Hearts Club Band" days... or DAZE. LOL
This is awesome Klaus, and how can you go wrong when you collaborate with a guy named John. LOL

I read the liner notes and will have a look at the lyrics...read up to the John Lennon line and didn't know what to think of that. Probably expected I'm in love with Isabella and I feel fine. Next is the maybe best to stay section. I was thinking should I stay or should I go (Clash). Next the doo-wop section and looks fun on paper. I think it's going to be a fun highlight of this audio as well. Shooby dooby. The last section is really powerful leading back to Isabella. It's really sad and a reach for love. I'm ready for the audio now...hold. Internet problem...ok here we go...Isabella...sounds fun...guitars ... sounds Beatles...cool drums...Vocals really good...just like John Lennon...changeup now...flutes...Go Slow...sounds different and quite good...changeup again now....sounds like that Spaceship from War of the Worlds...I had a birthday party....nobody came...shooby-dooby.. Vocal effects a surprise here. Oh Isabella...sounds good...enjoy the different sections. Klaus, I've been saying it all year my friend, you have a super talent. None of us could have done that Beatles section andwhere close to what you have done here in this song. Well done!
