Liner Notes:

Yesterday I watched this 10-minute video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owR_4k1Hfzc and it inspired me to come up with this little lyric. It's not the best I've ever done, it might be cliché, but I just wanted to share some positivity so here we go.

Lyrics:

As we're inhabiting this planet
Sometimes hope and dreams collide
Some tend to blame it on a single group
And let race, religion or sexuality decide
Instead of seeing a person
Behind skin tone, flag or mask
To do not judge beforehand
Is surprisingly hard a task

Every tree has bad apples
But if you take their seeds and go
Plant them in the right circumstances
They might as well just grow

All creatures have powerful qualities
Although some are hidden away
It takes confidence and education
To unlearn prejudice someday
Every minute can be a transformation
But not every moment will be your best
We're in this world to help each other
Instead of acting like it is a contest

Every tree has bad apples
But if you take their seeds and go
Plant them in the right circumstances
They might as well just grow

And sometimes when you try and try
But none of your effort succeeds
Don't be afraid to hand it over
Nobody can be who everyone needs

Every tree has bad apples
But if you take their seeds and go
Plant them in the right circumstances
They might as well just grow

Please keep your comments respectful, honest, and constructive. Please focus on the song and not the demo.

I like the positive feel here, hope regardless something bad happening. Hope for something better to come.

Wonderful positive sociopolitical perspective that too many people forget. I like slight the different structure and cadence of verses and refrain. Well done!
