Liner Notes:

I asked Helen to make a track that was a bit electronic and a bit rock. She sent me this cool, noisy, block of sound industrial track. I added some bluesy vocals and this is the result.

Lyrics:

We made history
When you kissed me
It may be reckless
Oh but I miss it
Let me tell you why I need it

Oh, oh
You got it goin on left and right
Oh, oh
You lock me in good and tight
The way this feels
The way this feels
So unreal

Ain't no goin back
After something like that
Better than fiction
Or even my prediction
But you know why I need it

Oh, oh
You got it goin on left and right
Oh, oh
You lock me in good and tight
The way this feels
The way this feels
So unreal

Oh boy is this fine! Such a loud, overwhelming, passionate, rocking wonder! Those bluesy vocals are a perfect match. Excellent!

Welp - that opening verse...hooked me. This is super solid and very, very heavy and sweaty...in the fun way! Smile Nice work, ladies. I wouldn't expect anything less!

Excellent vocals. To me this is basically very noisy blues, due to the riffs and chord structure. For a full arrangement I could imagine this with more dynamic drums.

i agree with ampersandmans comment about the drums, whichm along with a thicker heavier bass would give this song the metal authority it needs to tear it up. i like the mix of the electronic element and the distortion that contrasts with your clean vocals.very unusual for the blues.

Great job! I am just coming back after a 10-day break to think about doing some "experimenting" like you've done with this one. I hope I do half as well! I enjoyed it!

I'm digging the noise blues-rock music. That's some delicious distortion going on. And the vocal on top is like icing on the cake. Tasty.
