Liner Notes:

Jerry here: Jimmy sent me the final song for our collaboration album a couple of days ago and here it is. Kind of sad to see this come to a close but the CD is full and it is time for me to move on. Thanks to Jimmy for bringing me out of retirement and delivering on the songs. I'm going to put all the songs together for a possible Bandcamp release. Thanks for listening and all of your support this year.

Moving forward: My plan is a series of visual writing with my lyrics. Perhaps they will not have one solid message in each song but I can guarantee it will have a lot of visuals. Well, that's the plan as I move on with the challenge.

Update: This song has been updated to version 2, August 13, 2019. The track was too long to fit on the CD so I made it shorter. Also, the vocals in the last 2 chorus were clearly out of tune. The drum kit was annoying so I changed the drum kit. It sounds much better now with these fixes and in theory, I should be able to close this disc...haven't tried that yet. If it won't close without error, but that's a big if, I'll have to remove one song. Thanks.

Update: The CD did, in fact, close without error. Came out 1 hour 13 minutes 28 seconds.

A Look At Bobby's Nightlife

A Look At Bobby's Nightlife
He is always getting into fights
A Look At Bobby's Nightlife
He crashed his truck several times

He had lost temper
To the driver of the wrecker
He went to some local bars
After eight shots

He felt woozy
He was very unsteady
While arguing with Cindy
Then he looked up mad at Andy

Bobby was having some trouble
But it was worth a plugged nickel
It just bust his wallet
His voice wasn't quiet
Drinking the last of the liquor
Drinking the last of the liquor

Please keep your comments respectful, honest, and constructive. Please focus on the song and not the demo.

Hey Jerry, my friend wow and many thanks bro. You did an excellent job on your new demo and a awesome job on the CD I like it. Your guitar solo sounds awesome.

You always deliver, Jerry. This is a great last song for an album. Bubbly dance synths give a party vibe. Killer chorus too.
Lyrics also are a fitting end to Bobby's story. He sure is a character and he had lots of bad luck but that's just the way things go often in real life too. "Crashed his truck several times" is a good and telling line.
You guys are like the Ben & Jerry of 50/90, euphoric! Smile

So many things to love here! The vocals, the wide synths, the drum kit, the guitar jam at the end Cool!

I like the driving beat to this as it fits nicely alongside the story of Bobby's very busy and unfortunate nightlife! I can visualize Bobby in those moments. The solos are cool and entertaining and add to the vibe of it all!

Hey hey love that deep fuzzy bass, the driving beat, and really fantastic guitars and synth! Perfect groove for the dark lyrics! I love the contrast between the melody and vocals in the verses and chorus. Great point of view character development. The darkness that unfolds in the story really comes to life with the music. The guitar solo is killer!
