Liner Notes:

Have you ever needed to distract an enemy and warn the rest of your party about them at the same time, without tipping them off?

Lyrics:

Oh, I once saw a creature come into the inn
And I'm sure if it came to a fight it would win
No, I don't mean you, sir, it had a much larger fin
And its noses were inclined to RUN
Diddle die diddle die run da die doe
And its noses were inclined to fun da die doe
And its noses inclined toward the sun

It had seven nostrils on each twitching nose
And it had tongues on its tentacle-toes
And its hair was tied up with a thousand pink bows
Placed about every inch of its HIDE
Diddle die diddle die hide dee die doe
Placed about every inch of its side dee die doe
Just about every inch of it tied

It had spikes upon spikes, and tails upon tails
And the size of its toothy mouth rivaled a whale's
It had narrow green eyes from its knees to its nails
And its red eyes were wide with ALARM
Diddle die diddle alarm doe die doe
And its red eyes were brimming with charm doe die doe
And its red eyes were fiery and warm

So, just to reiterate. . .
It had bows every inch of its HIDE dee die doe
And its red eyes were wide with ALARM doe die doe
And its noses were inclined to RUN da die doe
And its claws were all clawlike and SAVE YOURSELVES
And bows every inch of HIDE eyes wide ALARM noses RUN bows on HIDE eyes
Diddle die diddle die HIDE dee die doe,
RUN diddle die diddle RUN

DON'T DIE

I love the aside - "I don't mean you sir" Biggrin You depict the creature really vividly and I can hear the urgent rhythm in the writing. Very music-able.
